Mady Benedetti is heading to splitsville ... only 4 months after separation, and 10 months after marrying.

The fashion mogal and music mogal Lochlen Addams have filed for divorce, according to reps for both parties.

Mady and Lochlen released a statement to AP saying ... "Like many couples this year, we have been faced with numerous challenges brought on by the ever changing nature of the world these days. We know that we are not alone in battling these obstacles or in making the tough decision that the best thing for us both is to move forward separately. Though we wish there wasn't a need to address speculation, we'd like to acknowledge that this decision was not made hastily and will allow us to remain friends with great admiration for one another."

The couple wed back in January, after reportedly meeting through mutual friend Kay Calthrope in 2018. The marriage was the first for Mady and the second for Lochlen, who was previously married to acclaimed music video director Talia Luther from 2008 to 2011 and with whom he shares a 10 year old daughter, Lydia Addams.

There were signs of marital strife throughout the summer, as Mady was seen at the home of Stranger Things creator Damon Reed and Lochlen was spotted with artist and actress Stasya de Luna. The aspiring director was said to be shopping for divorce lawyers last month and finally moved forward with filing in LA this week.

According to the divorce documents obtained by People, Mady and Lochlen signed a prenup and neither will be seeking spousal support. Both parties are expected to pay for their own attorney's fees as well. No date of separation was actually listed for the pair but "irreconcilable differences" was cited as the reason for the split.

Mady and Lochlen are only the latest celebs to call it quits on their marriage following the long quarantine earlier this year ... others include Kristin Cavallari, Kelly Clarkson, Dr. Dre, Christina Ricci, and Jamie King.
